If the deadline passes, we may not be able to prepare your seats. ※In case of cancellation on the same day, the points entered may not be refunded. ※If we cannot confirm your reservation upon arrival, it may be considered canceled. Please understand. ※We may not be able to accommodate your seating preferences, even if you contact us. Please understand. ※Due to busy conditions within the store, we may limit your stay time. ※If you wish to make a reservation for a time or number of people greater than shown on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please be sure to arrive at the time you selected when making the reservation. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled. If you make changes to your reservation or cancel on the day of, please contact the store.

1. Upon arrival, please inform the staff that you have a reservation via PayPay Gourmet and provide your name. 2. At the time of payment, please show the staff your reservation screen (the screen indicating point usage). *If you do not inform us, we may not be able to offer a discount. 3. Points will be awarded based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. Takeout reservations cannot be made through PayPay Gourmet. For takeout, please contact us by phone or place your order directly in-store.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
