Please understand. ※ We may not be able to accommodate requests regarding seating preferences. Please understand. ※ Due to congestion inside the store, we may limit the time you can stay. ※ If you wish to make a reservation for times and numbers exceeding those displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please be sure to arrive at the time selected at the time of reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your arrival time, your reservation may be canceled. If there are changes or cancellations to reservations on the day, please contact the store.

At the time of checkout, please show the reservation screen (the screen where point usage is visible) to the staff. *If you do not inform us, we may not be able to apply a discount. 3. Points will be awarded based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. Reservations for takeout cannot be made through PayPay Gourmet. For takeout, please contact us by phone or place your order directly in-store.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
