Please understand. *We may not be able to accommodate your seating preferences even if you inform us. Please understand. *Depending on the store’s congestion status, we may limit your stay time. *If you wish to make a reservation for more than the time and number of people displayed on the reservation screen, please contact the store directly. Please make sure to arrive at the time you selected when making your reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled. If you make any changes or cancellations on the day, please contact the store.

At the time of payment, please show the reservation screen (the screen showing point usage) to the staff. *If not mentioned, we may not be able to apply the discount. 3. Points will be granted based on the number of people at the time of reservation. 4. Take-out reservations cannot be made via PayPay Gourmet. For take-out, please contact us by phone or place your order directly in person.

<Notification by 16:00 the day before> We will accommodate the following requests free of charge: ・Reservation cancellation ・Change in the number of people ・Changes to reservation contents (course or seat only) <Notification after 16:00 the day before to the day of> Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the situation in the following cases: ・For course reservations: Cancellation or reduction in the number of people: 100% of the course fee ・For seat-only reservations (à la carte): No-show without notice on the day: 1,000 yen per person (including tax) *The seat will be automatically considered canceled. <About arrival time> If there is no contact 15 minutes or more past the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. <Regarding confirmation calls> We may call you from the store to confirm your reservation details.
