Lunch:12:00-14:30(14:00LO) Dinner:18:00-22:30(22:00LO) [Lunch] Two course options: 3,300円 and 4,700円 [Dinner] We offer an à la carte menu, a seasonal course 6,200円, and the Chef’s Omakase Course 8,000円 (available by reservation only up to 3 days in advance). If you would like a message plate with dessert, please write your request in the notes section when making your reservation. If you would like us to include a message or a name, please enter that as well. We will prepare your selected dessert with the message attached. We are unable to accommodate requests made on the day. If possible, we would appreciate it if you could include your child’s age in the notes section. We accept reservations for up to 4 guests per group. We will do our best to accommodate allergies and ingredients you cannot eat if you inform us in advance when making your reservation. We may not be able to accommodate requests made on the day. Please note that we may decline reservations if there is a wide range of ingredients that must be excluded, including for food allergies. We do not accept seat requests. Due to the nature of our seating, we kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing strongly scented perfume or fragrances. We sincerely appreciate your continued support. Important Notes Regarding the Cancellation Guard Function (From RESZAIKO Web Reservations (ResReserve)) 1. This is not an advance payment. Payment will be made when you visit the restaurant on the day. 2. When making a reservation, the expected amount may be charged temporarily as a pre-authorization hold, but it will be refunded later. Regarding the transaction details shown when you register your card information at the time of reservation The card information you register when making a reservation is used to temporarily secure your available credit limit in order to cover any cancellation fee. For example, if you reserve a course priced at 20,000円, a temporary transaction record of 20,000円 may appear on your statement. However, if you actually visit the restaurant and receive the service, that amount will not be charged. At a later date, the 20,000円 will be shown as refunded on your statement. Important Notes on Debit and Prepaid Card Transactions RESZAIKO Web Reservations (ResReserve) accepts debit cards and prepaid cards, however, we do not recommend their use. For debit cards linked to a bank account issued by a financial institution, or prepaid cards that are used after being charged in advance, the amount will be deducted from your bank account or prepaid balance at the time the authorization hold is placed. If there are 49 days or more between the date of reservation and the date of your visit, the authorization hold will be secured again 48 days before your visit. As the refund process may take several weeks, the amount may be deducted twice temporarily. Processing schedules vary depending on the financial institution, so please contact the card issuer or your financial institution directly for details. In addition, when changing a reservation, the authorization hold will be secured again. In this case as well, the same process described above will apply. A new authorization hold will be placed when the reservation is changed, and the original authorization amount from the previous reservation will later be automatically released and refunded to the guest’s account.
