Using an abundance of seasonal Japanese ingredients and vegetables from partner farms, we serve dishes carefully crafted to complement wine, including a salad-style dish of white fish and seasonal vegetables with a fragrant yuzu aroma, made with broth extracted from fish bones and trimmings; our signature Gorgonzola gratinato made with vegetables simmered over a long period; and beef cheek confit cooked at low temperature for 36 hours.
Our owner sommelier, winner of the 14th Italy Wine Best Sommelier Competition and holder of the WSET Diploma and JSA Sommelier Excellence qualifications, carefully selects wines from across Italy. Our collection ranges widely from Barolo and Brunello to aged wines and seasonal selections.

We can also adjust wine portions and accommodate non-alcoholic pairings.
