Teppan Bistro "ENcounter" is a hidden gem located in Tsugide-machi, just a 10-minute walk from Kochi Station. Run by a couple, our restaurant offers exquisite dishes made from locally-sourced ingredients from Kochi Prefecture. We particularly recommend our black wagyu beef steak and ginger pork using yuzu pork. The pork, which has been fed on yuzu peel and sake rice, is free from unpleasant odors and is notably sweet. Moreover, our "Katsuo no Tataki" seared on an iron plate is a masterpiece with a unique flavor. To conclude the course, we offer desserts using seasonal fruits.
