We offer seasonal sushi and dishes. Beverages are charged separately. ・Beverages ＜Sake＞ We source 10 to 15 types of sake from across Japan to match our dishes, offering pairings with your course meal. ＜Wine＞ We regularly carry 5 to 6 types of wine, sourced from regions such as Burgundy and the New World, suited to our course dishes. Pairing is primarily with white wine. Available by glass or bottle. ＜Champagne＞ We offer a range from prestige champagnes to Cremant, sparkling wines, and Cava, available by glass or bottle. ＜Draft Beer＞ KIRIN Heartland ＜Shochu＞ We offer four types of barley and sweet potato shochu.
