About Course Menu
We carefully source all our ingredients—meat, fish, and vegetables—with a strong commitment to quality, including ingredients that may be unfamiliar in Japanese restaurants, imported directly from Italy, and Japanese produce purchased directly from local growers. In tune with the seasons, we respond to the ingredients before us and prepare each dish in a way that places minimal burden on them, allowing you to fully appreciate their natural character. As a result, our menu changes daily, so please feel free to let us know if there are any ingredients you do not prefer.
