A 3-course Short Course. In response to guests who have told us, “We want to enjoy the drinks as the main focus,” “We want to savor fine cuisine within a limited time,” and “We have plans for a second venue,” we have deliberately crafted a course that leaves you pleasantly satisfied without being too filling. Maintaining ETHICA’s signature quality, we have condensed the experience into 3 courses. Please enjoy the first step of a culinary journey, with surprises in every dish. Short Course 1 [Birth of the Sea / Hydrothermal Vents] 2 [Agriculture / Domestication / Fermented Cities] 3 [Multicellularity / Cambrian Explosion] 4 Coffee or Tea *Following our renewal in March, our concept has evolved from Mexican cuisine to “Innovative Latin American.” Rather than a classic Mexican restaurant, we offer a creative course menu that presents a modern interpretation of ancient Latin American civilizations such as the Inca and Maya. *A 10% service charge will be added separately. *We accept cashless payment only. *Seating is limited to 100 minutes. *We also offer two optional pairing selections. If you would like one, please write “Wine Pairing for 〇 guests” or “Non-Alcoholic Pairing for 〇 guests” in the Requests section. Please note that the non-alcoholic pairing is available by advance reservation only. *At ETHICA, a mineral water charge of ¥980 (tax included) applies to all guests. *[Online reservations only in principle] Reservations for the following month open on the 1st of each month. We accept phone inquiries only from elderly guests or those with detailed requests or requested changes.
