In response to guests who wish to “mainly enjoy drinks,” “savor fine cuisine within a limited time,” or “leave room for a second stop,” we have deliberately crafted this course to be satisfying yet moderate in portion. Maintaining ETHICA’s signature quality, the experience is condensed into 3 exquisite dishes. Please enjoy the first step of a culinary journey, with each plate filled with surprise. Rather than a traditional Mexican restaurant, we offer a creative course menu inspired by ancient Latin American civilizations such as the Inca and Maya, interpreted through a contemporary lens. *A 10% service charge will be added separately. *Cashless payment only. *Seating is limited to 100制. *Two types of optional pairings are available at an additional charge. If you would like to request one, please write “Wine Pairing for 〇 guests” or “Non-Alcoholic Pairing for 〇 guests” in the “Requests” section. Please note that the non-alcoholic pairing is available by advance reservation only. *At ETHICA, a mineral water charge of ¥980 (tax included) applies to all guests. *In principle, reservations are accepted online only. Reservations for the following month become available on the 1st of each month. Telephone reservations are accepted only for elderly guests, detailed requests, or requested changes.
