About Course Menu
A Christmas in the kitchen for just one party per day. From the first star lit 13.6 billion years ago to the two of you tonight. ETHICA, featured in Michelin for three consecutive years, presents a “journey” told in 9 chapters exclusively for Christmas. Each dish traces a scene from the history of the Earth. A chef formerly of MAZ (two stars) and a pastry chef formerly of Joël Robuchon create a space-time experience before your eyes.
