If you would like one, please write Wine Pairing for ○ guests or Non-Alcoholic Pairing for ○ guests in the Requests field. Please note that the non-alcoholic pairing is available by advance reservation only. *At ETHICA, a mineral water charge of ¥980 (tax included) applies to all guests. *As a general rule, reservations are accepted online only. Reservations for the following month become available on the 1st of each month. We accept telephone reservations only for elderly guests, detailed requests, or requested changes.
