Please note that the non-alcoholic pairing is available by advance reservation only. *At ETHICA, a mineral water charge of ¥980 (tax included) applies to all guests. *As a general rule, reservations are accepted online only. Reservations for the following month become available on the 1st of each month. We accept phone reservations only for elderly guests, detailed requests, or requested changes.
