About Course Menu
A 5-course Short Course. Created in response to guests who say, “I have plans for a second stop,” “I want to enjoy fine cuisine within a limited time,” or “I’d like to focus mainly on drinks,” this course is intentionally designed to be satisfying while leaving you comfortably not too full. Maintaining ETHICA’s quality, it is condensed into 5 dishes. For times other than 【Phone reservation hours: 12:00–17:00】, please use online reservations. Reservations for the following month become available on the 1st of each month. * If you would like a vegetarian option, please make your reservation by 22:00 two days in advance. * Seating is limited to 100 minutes. * For reservations of 9 guests or more, please contact ethicaginza@gmail.com.

Rather than a traditional Mexican restaurant, we offer a creative course inspired by a modern interpretation of ancient Latin American civilizations such as the Inca and Maya. *Some dishes in the course contain cilantro. While the garnish on top can be removed, trace amounts may also be included in sauces and other preparations. If you are highly sensitive to cilantro, you may not be able to fully enjoy the course, so we kindly ask that you refrain from making a reservation. *Seating is limited to 100 minutes. *As this course does not include dessert, we are unable to provide a message plate. Please choose the Anniversary Course if you would like one. *We also offer two optional pairing selections. If you would like to add one, please write Wine Pairing for 〇 guests or Non-Alcoholic Pairing for 〇 guests in the Requests section. Please note that only the non-alcoholic pairing requires advance reservation.
