A nine-chapter Christmas-only journey told through vegetables, mushrooms, and fruits. From the first star lit 13.6 billion years ago to the two of you tonight. ETHICA, featured in the Michelin Guide for three consecutive years, presents this Christmas-exclusive nine-chapter “journey.” Each dish traces a scene from Earth’s history. A space-time experience crafted by a chef from MAZ (two Michelin stars) and a pastry chef from Joël Robuchon. Vegan options are also available. For phone reservations, please call between 12:00 and 17:00. At other times, please use online booking. Reservations for the following month become available on the 1st of each month. If you would like a vegetarian option, please make your reservation by 22:00 two days in advance. Seats are available for 2 hours.
