A course offering a journey through time and space with each dish, from the birth of the Earth 4.6 billion years ago to a future 500 years ahead. Vegan and Muslim-friendly ingredients can also be accommodated.

Rather than a traditional Mexican restaurant, we offer a creative course menu that presents a modern interpretation of ancient Central and South American civilizations such as the Inca and Maya. *A 10% service charge will be added separately. *We accept cashless payment only. *Two types of optional pairings are available at an additional charge. If you would like to request one, please write Wine Pairing for ○ guests or Non-Alcoholic Pairing for ○ guests in the Requests section. Please note that the non-alcoholic pairing is available by advance reservation only. *At ETHICA, a mineral water charge of ¥980 (tax included) applies to all guests. *As a general rule, reservations are accepted online only. Reservations for the following month become available on the 1st of each month. We accept telephone inquiries only from elderly guests or from those with detailed requests or change requests.
