About Course Menu
A 5-course Short Course. In response to guests who say, “We have plans for a second venue,” “We want to enjoy fine dining within a limited time,” or “We would like to focus primarily on drinks,” we have deliberately crafted this course to be satisfyingly moderate in portion. Maintaining ETHICA’s quality, we have condensed the experience into five dishes. [Online reservations only in principle] Reservations for the following month become available on the 1st of each month. We accept phone reservations only for elderly guests, detailed requests, or those wishing to make changes. * Seating is limited to 100 minutes. Rather than a traditional Mexican restaurant, we offer a creative course inspired by a modern interpretation of ancient Latin American civilizations such as the Inca and Maya. *Some dishes in the course contain cilantro. While the garnish on top can be removed, trace amounts may also be included in sauces and other preparations. If you are highly sensitive to cilantro, you may not be able to fully enjoy the course, so we kindly ask that you refrain from making a reservation. *Seating is limited to 100 minutes. *As this course does not include dessert, we are unable to provide a message plate. Please choose the Anniversary Course if you would like one. *We also offer two optional pairing selections. If you would like to add one, please write Wine Pairing for 〇 guests or Non-Alcoholic Pairing for 〇 guests in the Requests section. Please note that only the non-alcoholic pairing requires advance reservation.

Cashless payment only. Menu contents are subject to change depending on the season and availability of ingredients. We can accommodate accompanying children of junior high school age and older only.
