All of Fauchon Hotel Kyoto’s restaurant, tea salon, and boutique have been certified by the Japan Tea Association as establishments serving delicious tea.
Using high-quality Kyoto underground water, known as Sennen-sui, drawn from the hotel’s own well, each iced tea is prepared according to the Grand Tea Master’s carefully calculated recipe, with extraction time and water temperature precisely adjusted to suit each variety of tea leaves, resulting in a clear, refined cup free from cloudiness or unwanted bitterness.
Together with your lunch or dinner, enjoy the deep and richly rewarding world of fine tea.
