About Course Menu
Based on the concept of "Ensemble (Harmony)," we offer special menu items created by our head chef, Hayashi. Regarding this concept, Hayashi explains: "Ensemble means 'harmony,' signifying the spirit of unity between host and guest as in the tea ceremony. The hotel and its guests, Fauchon (France) and Kyoto, food and wine, sweets and tea, chefs and producers, ingredients, and each involved staff member. A hotel or restaurant where everything is harmonized is what is truly excellent, and that is why I chose this word." Under this newly established concept, enjoy the cuisine at "Grand Café Fauchon," led by a talented chef who relentlessly pursues perfection.
