Our savory selection includes the classic prosciutto and melon, while a vividly colored piperade quiche generously filled with stewed paprika adds a bright accent. Among the sweets, the pastry chef’s recommended item is a melon soda reminiscent of the retro Showa era. Kyoto’s high-quality underground water, known as Sennen-sui and drawn from the hotel’s well, is poured in as soda at the table.
