Our savory selection features the classic pairing of prosciutto and melon, alongside a vividly colorful piperade quiche generously made with slow-cooked paprika. Among the sweets, our pastry chef’s recommended specialty is a melon soda inspired by the nostalgic charm of the Showa era. To finish, soda made with Kyoto’s high-quality underground water, “Sennen-sui,” drawn from the hotel’s own well, is poured in afterward.
