This is a plan for reservations only. The variety of wood-fired dishes prepared using two types of firewood—sakura and oak—emit a fragrant smoke that infuses skewers, meat, seafood, and vegetables, of course, along with the umami of luxurious ingredients. Our special paella is cooked from raw rice. The homemade Catalonia-style pizza, Coca, made with kneaded olive oil and baked to a fluffy and chewy texture, is also decorated. Enjoy delicious food freely and casually, with a smile, washed down with wine, fully savoring the present moment. This restaurant offers a new form of Spanish dining where guests can actively participate, combining rich, smoky wood-fired cuisine with Basque culture.
