[Reservation-Only Special Set] What is Bistro Gabu's Specialty Roast Beef: Carefully marinated over the course of an entire day, our famous roast beef is meticulously prepared over four hours at a low temperature of 68°C to an internal temperature of 53°C. We serve thick slices of succulent, juicy marbled rib roast. Enjoy the concentrated flavor of the meat, which is especially delightful in thick slices.
