The Matsusaka beef we procure is selected from high-quality meat provided by a long-established specialty store in Tsu City, Mie Prefecture, which has been in business for over 50 years. We carefully select the finest cuts exclusively for our restaurant. Please enjoy the authentic Matsusaka beef that can only be savored here to your heart's content. *If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your reservation time, we will cancel your reservation at that point.
