Welcome to Gennaio! We are a restaurant offering Italian cuisine from the northern region, centered around Milan, showcasing the classic flavors of northern Italy. Utilising the abundant resources of Hyogo, known as a treasure trove of ingredients, we offer Italian regional cuisine with a focus on local production for local consumption, presenting it as our interpretation of Italian food. Although our establishment is small, predominantly featuring a counter layout, we hope you can experience a touch of Italy here. Feel free to enjoy anything from a substantial meal to light snacks and drinks. Please note that all dishes are prepared by our Chef Asano alone. There may be a wait time for additional orders placed after your initial one. It would be helpful to order a few dishes initially. (If you have a predetermined departure time, please inform us beforehand.) Our appetizer platter, which includes carpaccio, is a popular menu item!
