Thank you very much for your reservation. We have a few requests. ◯Payment must be made in cash. The credit card information you entered will only be used in the event of a cancellation. An immediate charge will be made, but it will be refunded after your visit. As we are unable to confirm the timing of the refund, please contact your card company for details. ◯If you have any allergies or ingredients you dislike, please inform us in advance. We make soba noodles in-house. We are very sorry, but guests with severe allergies are kindly asked to refrain from dining with us. Please also note that for guests with gluten allergies, we use soy sauce and miso containing wheat during preparation. As these cannot be omitted, we are unable to accommodate a completely gluten-free meal. We sincerely apologize. ◯We do not accept requests for specific seating. ◯In accordance with the flow of the meal, the dinner reservation time is set at 6:00 PM.
