About Course Menu

Savor seasonal Noto vegetables and fresh seafood delivered directly at the fishermen’s discretion. Enjoy the distinctive flavors of the season through exquisite dishes expertly prepared by our chefs, featuring ingredients available only at this time of year. Our refined and tranquil space also offers numerous private rooms, well suited for casual business entertaining. Each dish will be individually plated and served to each guest. An all-you-can-drink option may also be added (¥2000 per person, tax included). Please place your order by the day before. The premium all-you-can-drink sake selection is ¥3000 per person, tax included.
