About Course Menu
This is a lunch-only course. Please take your time enjoying ingredients from Noto, Ishikawa in a private room in Kagurazaka. Our fish is delivered directly from the lively fish markets of Notojima and Kanazawa, with the selection changing seasonally. For soy sauce, we use Sakura Soy Sauce from Tanigawa Jozo in Wajima, offering a gentle flavor. Our tempura is served with coarse salt from Noto Town. For the grilled rice ball served with the meal, we top it with Okazu Miso from Tanigawa Jozo, which has been very well received. Please feel free to stop by.
