What 【Golot】 takes pride in is its aged Kanzaki-ushi steak. Raised in a rich natural environment, with a focus on Japanese Black wagyu, and fed carefully selected fermented feed, the beef is characterized by its fine texture and tender mouthfeel. Further aging removes excess moisture, concentrating its rich umami and imparting a distinctive aged aroma, so that each bite unfolds with deep flavor.
