At Golot, we take pride in our aged steaks made with Iwate Prefecture's Kuroge Wagyu, "Iwate Motsuniku Us-thru Cattle." Raised in a rich natural environment and fed with carefully selected fermented feed, the meat is characterized by its fine texture and tenderness. Through further aging, excess moisture is removed, adding a rich umami and a unique aging aroma, spreading a deep flavor with every bite.
