About Course Menu
Golot proudly offers aged steaks made with "Iwate Monzaki Ushu," a black-haired Wagyu beef sourced from Iwate Prefecture. Raised in a lush natural environment and fed with carefully selected fermented feed, this beef is characterized by its fine texture and tender mouthfeel. Further aging removes excess moisture, intensifying the rich umami flavor and adding a unique aged aroma, allowing a deep taste experience with every bite.
