About Course Menu
What 【Golot】 proudly offers is aged steak made from Kanzaki Beef. Raised primarily from Japanese Black cattle in a lush natural environment and fed carefully selected fermented feed, the meat is characterized by its fine texture and tender mouthfeel. Through further aging, excess moisture is removed, resulting in a rich umami and distinctive aged aroma that deepen the flavor with every bite.

・Due to kitchen operations, we are unable to accept mixed orders of à la carte and course meals within the same group. Please have all members of your group order either à la carte or a course meal (additional à la carte items may be ordered with a course meal).
