What 【Golot】 takes pride in is its aged Kanzaki Beef steak. Raised primarily from Japanese Black cattle in a natural, lush environment and fed carefully selected fermented feed, the beef is characterized by its fine texture and tender mouthfeel. With further aging, excess moisture is removed, resulting in a rich umami flavor and distinctive aged aroma that deepen the taste with every bite.
