About Course Menu
What Golot proudly offers is aged steak made from Kanzaki Beef. Raised primarily as Japanese Black cattle in a lush natural environment and fed carefully selected fermented feed, the beef is characterized by its fine texture and tenderness. Further aging removes excess moisture, enhancing its rich umami and distinctive aged aroma, so that each bite delivers a deep, layered flavor.

◎ Requests Regarding Dinner Orders
・As we are a steak specialty restaurant, guests of junior high school age and above ordering à la carte are requested to order at least one steak per person. You may also choose a course menu.
・Due to kitchen operations, we are unable to accept mixed orders of à la carte and course menus within the same group. Please have all members of your group choose either à la carte or a course menu (additional à la carte items may be ordered with a course menu).
