What Golot proudly offers is aged steak made from Kanzaki Beef. Raised primarily from Japanese Black cattle in a lush natural environment and fed carefully selected fermented feed, the meat is characterized by its fine texture and tender mouthfeel. With further aging, excess moisture is removed, enhancing its rich umami and distinctive aged aroma, so that each bite reveals a deep, layered flavor.
