What Golot proudly offers is aged steak made from Kanzaki Beef. Raised in a lush natural environment and fed carefully selected fermented feed, this Japanese Black beef is distinguished by its fine texture and tender mouthfeel. Further aging removes excess moisture, concentrating its rich umami and adding a distinctive aged aroma, so that each bite delivers a deep, lingering flavor.

・As we specialize in steak, guests of junior high school age and older ordering à la carte are requested to order at least one steak per person. Course meals are also available.
・Due to kitchen operations, we are unable to accept mixed orders of à la carte and course meals within the same group. Please have all members of your group order either à la carte or a course meal (additional à la carte items may be ordered with a course meal).
