Golot proudly offers aged steak made with "Iwate Murasaki-ushi," black-haired wagyu from Iwate Prefecture. Raised in a rich natural environment and fed with carefully selected fermented feed, the meat is characterized by its fine texture and tenderness. As it ages further, excess moisture is removed, adding a rich umami flavor and a unique aged aroma, providing a deep taste with every bite.
