What 【Golot】 takes pride in is its aged Kanzaki Ushi steak. Raised in a lush natural environment and fed carefully selected fermented feed, this beef, centered on Japanese Black wagyu, is characterized by its fine texture and tender mouthfeel. Further aging removes excess moisture, concentrating its rich umami and adding a distinctive aged aroma, allowing a deep, satisfying flavor to unfold with every bite.
