What 【Golot】 proudly offers is aged steak made from Kanzaki Beef. Raised primarily as Japanese Black cattle in a lush natural environment and fed carefully selected fermented feed, the beef is characterized by its fine texture and tender mouthfeel. With further aging, excess moisture is removed, resulting in a rich depth of umami and a distinctive aged aroma that unfolds with every bite.
