【Golot】takes pride in its aged steaks made from Iwate Prefecture's black wagyu beef, "Iwate Monzaki Ush." Raised in a nature-rich environment and fed with carefully selected fermented feed, the meat features a fine texture and tender mouthfeel. Additionally, through the aging process, excess moisture is removed, and the meat is infused with a rich flavor and a distinctive aged aroma, offering a deep taste that unfolds with every bite.
