What 【Golot】takes pride in is its aged Kanzaki Beef steak. Raised in a rich natural environment and fed carefully selected fermented feed, this beef, centered on Japanese Black wagyu, is characterized by its fine texture and tender mouthfeel. Through further aging, excess moisture is removed, concentrating its rich umami and adding a distinctive aged aroma, allowing a deep flavor to unfold with every bite.

◎ Request Regarding Dinner Orders
・As we are a steak specialty restaurant, guests of junior high school age and above ordering à la carte are kindly requested to order at least one steak per person. Course meals are also available.
・For operational reasons, we are unable to accept mixed orders of à la carte and course meals within the same group. Please have all members of your group choose either à la carte or a course meal (additional à la carte items may be ordered with a course meal).
