About Course Menu
What Golot proudly offers is aged steak made from Kanzaki-ushi. Raised primarily from Japanese Black cattle in a natural, lush environment and fed carefully selected fermented feed, the beef is characterized by its fine texture and tenderness. Further aging removes excess moisture, concentrating its rich umami and imparting a distinctive aged aroma, allowing a deep, complex flavor to unfold with every bite.

・For operational reasons, we are unable to accept mixed orders of à la carte and course meals within the same group. Please have all members of your group choose either à la carte or a course meal (additional à la carte items may be ordered with a course meal).
