[Cancellation Policy for Groups (10 guests or more)] A cancellation fee will be charged in the event of cancellation. For group reservations of 10 to 49 guests, the following cancellation charges will apply to the reservation amount: 100% on the day of the reservation or in the case of no notice, 80% one day prior, 50% from 2 to 7 days prior, 20% from 14 to 21 days prior. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive notice of the cancellation. This plan is a request-based reservation (provisional booking) plan. After availability is confirmed, the reservation will be finalized within 72 hours. Please check the reservation confirmation page to see whether your reservation has been confirmed or declined. You will also be notified by email, so please check there as well. Once the reservation has been confirmed, changes or cancellations cannot be made online.
