■Appetizer (Parboiled Fugu Skin) ■Tessa (Sliced Raw Fugu) ■Deep-Fried Fugu ■Premium Unaju [Take] – 3/4 of an eel ■Clear Liver Soup ■Pickles ■Dessert The appetizer is parboiled aged tiger pufferfish, prepared using our own special technique. Photos are for illustrative purposes only. For an additional ＋180円(税込), you may upgrade the rice in your unaju to a large serving. <Seasonal Limited Offer: Draft Beer Now Available with the All-You-Can-Drink Plan> Bottle beer is normally served, but for a limited time, we are offering draft beer with a creamy foam finish. <About the All-You-Can-Drink Plan> Hirezake, a specialty of fugu restaurants, is also available.
