Open Fridays from 18:00 with counter seating limited to 7 guests by reservation only. We offer an omakase course featuring the finest wild tiger pufferfish, specially sourced from Shimonoseki. A special highlight is our proprietress. Kumiko Yamaguchi, representative of Genpin, will personally stand at the counter as the head proprietress. Led by head proprietress Kumiko Yamaguchi, our proprietress team, together with our Executive Head Chef of Kansai, presents the finest wild tiger pufferfish course in Genpin’s history.
