Confirmation details
- We are unable to accept seat specifications through online reservations. If specified, your request in the request field may be declined depending on the reservation status on the day (we will ensure seats that can accommodate the number of people). If you wish to specify the seat layout or have other requests, please be sure to call the store. - For changes on the reservation day, such as time changes, please call the store. - On the day of the visit or reservation, there may be occasions when we are busy, and for reservations after 18:00, you may have to wait for about 15 to 20 minutes. Also, if you are more than 10 minutes late from the reservation time, it may be treated as a cancellation. Regardless of the crowd situation, please make sure to visit us once at your reserved time. - After confirming your reservation, the store may contact you. Please note that the above precautions will be handled as acknowledged once the reservation is confirmed.
