Our restaurant is located in a barrier-free, renovated house that's approximately 300 years old. The open counter allows you to watch your steak being cooked over an iron grill with fragrant binchotan charcoal, in a healthy and aromatic manner. We recommend the seasonally-inspired chef's course, which allows you to experience the changing of the seasons. You can choose from counter seats, tables, or private rooms when making a reservation. We source our rice directly from producers and it is made from 100% Koshihikari grown in Ichihara, Chiba, with organic fertilizers by Mr. Hatori. Our eggs come from Kitagawa Poultry Farm (Princess Eggs), and fresh vegetables are sourced from Colin Keef Farm and Rucola Station. We also offer a wide selection of more than 30 wines to compliment your meal. Please enjoy the superb teppanyaki cuisine that you can only taste here.
