Our restaurant offers a diverse lineup of meats that only a butcher-operated establishment can provide. You can enjoy exquisite dishes such as A5-grade Wagyu and rare cuts like Chateaubriand, as well as carefully prepared delicacies like "Guts Ponzu" and "Sliced Raw Senmai".

[Reservations during the New Year's party, welcome and farewell party, and year-end party season] Crowds are expected. In case of cancellation, please notify us at least two weeks in advance. *Changes in the number of people can be made up to the day before (up to 3 people); major changes in the number of people and cancellations are not allowed (possible up to two weeks prior). Major changes and cancellations incur a 75% cancellation fee from two to three days prior, and a 100% cancellation fee on the day. *Please note that reservations may be canceled if we are unable to contact you.
