Ikkyu Special Course with a Take-Home Gift This course is recommended for those who wish to savor seasonal ingredients and local specialties at their finest. The quality of the ingredients used is elevated for this course. Each dish is carefully prepared, so we kindly ask for your patience and invite you to relax and enjoy your meal.

We will prepare the finest seasonal delicacies of the moment, including seasonal fish, fresh local catch, and Kaga vegetables. The course includes an appetizer, hassun, sashimi, soup, grilled dish, vinegared dish, warm dish, sushi, and a palate cleanser. This is a special Ikkyu course that also includes a souvenir. The portion size is not significantly different from the 11,000 yen course. As the quality of the ingredients is elevated, the 15,000 yen course allows you to enjoy more seasonal and local specialties, such as nodoguro. Each dish is prepared and served individually, so the course takes approximately three hours. Please relax and enjoy your time with us.
