Hinabe Neko’s medicinal hot pot specializes in beauty and wellness. Made with meticulous care in the dedicated spirit of Japanese craftsmanship, without using any artificial seasonings. The result is a hot pot so exceptional that even guests from China have told us, “It’s even better than the authentic original.” Tomorrow’s body is built by what you eat today. Reservations open on the 1st of each month at 12:00 noon for dates two months in advance. Please note that seats may be fully booked within about 5 minutes. We appreciate your understanding that we are often unable to accommodate all reservation requests.
