This is a course featuring vegan medicinal hot pot made without the use of any animal-derived ingredients. Prepared with great care and effort in the meticulous spirit of Japanese craftsmanship, using no chemical seasonings or animal-based ingredients whatsoever, you can enjoy our mellow Vegan Paitan broth and our tinglingly spicy Vegan Mala broth. Reservations open on the 1st of each month at 12:00 noon for bookings two months in advance. Please note that seats may be fully booked within about 5 minutes. We appreciate your understanding, as we are often unable to accept reservations.
